In an effort to provide you with the most efficient and personalized service, I use this information sheet to collect relevant data. Yes, it does look long and tedious, but once filled out and emailed back, you’re done! I take care of relaying all of your information to travel providers so you don’t have to.
It is MANDATORY that you send a copy of the passports for all passengers to ensure all travel documents are correct. If you have a global entry card we need that also. You may scan it or take a photo, and email or text it to Carrie at 412-559-3898. Clients should travel with at least 6 months until their passport expires.
